Advice on dating this girl... (Lesbian)?

So there is this girl that I dated for 8 months... and she is a total player. We aren't together anymore but we still talk a lot. She tells me that she still loves me and that she wants to be with me again someday, but also continuously tells me about all the other girls she gets with and all the girls she wants to get with. She was the first girl I had ever been with and I was just wondering if I should try to stop feeling what I'm feeling and move on... or if I should keep listening to all her antics and deal. I love her so much and I don't know if she understands. I need some serious advice.
