Can you have a creatine supplement and a protein supplement at the same time in your diet?
I am 18 years old, weigh 165 and am around 6ft. Ive been working out for a solid 13 months, at least 4 days a week and have gained a considerable amount of muscle but i am looking to put on more now that i have time since it is the summer and all. I am considering buying a creatine supplement along with a protein shake. But i dont know wether it is a good idea since itd be so much money. And i heard that creatine can make you look fat, and i dont need that lol. But im tired of not gaining anymore weight and i want to get bigger and more vascular without taking steroids (yes i have thought about it). I just want to know wether its a good idea to invest in taking a creatine supplement and a protein supplement. Please answer this only if you know what your talking about. One sentence answers dont help. Thanks everybody!
