How long will it take me to see results with this work out.. and could you also give me some tips? ?

Right I do intense upper body work outs every 2 days, the reason I do this is to let my muscles heal correct me if I'm wrong please?,I do biceps shoulders pecs forearms etc, an every now an then I will do some sit ups, I do low weights with high reps on my pecs, and heavy reps and HIGH reps with my biceps because it takes me a while to feel the burn on my biceps so I have to do high reps.. I also lie down on the floor, back facing the floor and I get two dumbells light ones, and I will do I punching movement in the air is this a good work out?, and after I do my intense work out I drink 1 scoop of weight gainer after and another scoop in another few hours, the weight gainer contains per 100g, 29.3g protein, 56.9g carbs, I also eat lots of meats and proper foods.. Could someone give me tips on how to make my work outs better? And is this a good way of gettin a six pac?, also do shadow boxing as a cardio just before my workout does this help?
