I know someone who's 17 and has stolen their dads credit card to get revenge on him he has had the credit card number for 9 months now he don't actually have the credit card just the numbers he buys things online everyday he must of spent �700 by now what is the Maximum prison sentence for it for a first time offense what do i do ?
