Instead of hiding behind Super Injunctions, why don't these celebrities take responsibility for their actions?

For the whole of yesterday, a Twitter account user was naming celebrities who had taken super-injunctions, and their actions. Various news reports this morning were listing this user as a journalist crusading against the super-injunction phenomenon. There must be an element of truth to the user's claims because the press are all over this story this morning. Perhaps if these named celebrities actually 'fessed up to their antics, instead of going to great lengths to protect themselves, then they wouldn't have anything to fear...
