How to deal with Italian men?

I work at an Italian restaurant. There are a few Italian men who work with me, obviously my boss is Italian. Anyway, he isn't the problem. The problem is the other Italian I work with. We'll call him John (for the sake of his identity). John is an Italian and I am a young southern girl and raised in the south. John is very obnoxious and he is always high stung and hyper. He is very touchy and flirty and sometimes he goes just a little too far in the workplace. I don't prefer customers seeing him kiss me and smack my butt with menus. I have talked my boss about it and he beat John's ***. Anyway, my question is, how do you Italian ladies do it without beating their ***?? How do you put up with the ones who are hot heads and think with their penis? My heart goes out to all Italian woman, you ladies are saints to me.:) Please, I don't want anyone to take offense to this post. I work with Italians and don't think any less of them....I just need a little advice to how to deal with some of the men's antics. Thanks y'all. :)
