I'm building a PC for World of Warcraft and Star craft 2, just wanted to know If this PC build Is good?

first off world of warcraft doesnt have beefy requirements my laptop could run it with ease not so sure about starcraft though even that doesn't exactly take a super computer. Also running 50 fps is retarted it serves no purpose. yea you can technically see it but you cant process that in your head that fast there is a reason everything is in 30 fps. It is just gonna force your computer to work much harder than it needs too. fast processing is way more important than fast frame rate.
