Magpie behavour unknown?

Well a magpie wont be ringed as it is a wild bird, not a domestic one. It is interested in your rabbits because of food availability - magpies are greedy little creatures who will take every opportunity to obtain food. Not only will it see that your rabbits are fed their rabbit food diet regularly and will want to get to this, they also will eat the rabbit droppings too. They are very inquisitive birds, but their whole aim in life is to get to food. You should see them in my garden - hanging sideways, almost as though they are pole dancing, to get to the bird feeders; upside down trying to get food in feeders below them. They are really funny to watch.
