Why do people always compare Biggie to Tupac?

People say biggie is the greatest rapper of all time blah blah blah just because he was on the eastcoast and westcoast war with pac doesnt mean they should be compared...biggie is overrated,everyone says he's such a great lyricist,biggie was an average lyricist/rapper he never really said anything that was inspiring or anything amazing people think he was untouchable lyricist. His lyric were basic,they didnt motivate you,inspiring,superficial like tupac who rapped about everything,struggles,how people like him growing up,pain,how the world is functioning,sorrow,Everything. Biggie was a great rapper but he doesnt deserve the reputation he has he is Average period!
