Is this normal behaviour,if not any suggestions to overcome.......?

whenever i talk to a girl , i act very shy...i'm not able to talk freely..i break a lot in between the words and sentences when i'm with them....though i know that i don't feel uncomfy at all , i may be enjoying that moment but girls feel that i'm feeling uncomfortable with them....any suggestions to overcome this prob.
