What should I do about my friends?

I was talking to my friends about how I want to go to an all girl's school so I don't have to deL with guys stupid antics. They laughed in my face and said "You will become a lesbian." and ran off to tell everyone. It really hurt my feelings and crushed my spirit. What should I do?
