What to do when a sister constantly needs to be the center of attention?

Sounds like competition to me! When you are talking and cuts you off say Excuse me I m Not finished say this everytime my kids do this to me and it makes me kind of mad because if I dont say it Im afraid I will forget. But it seems your sister is jealous of you and its bothering you .You have to dish it out before she does it to you.
