Sure you see people in their 50s or 60s, but what about people in their 80s or 90s? I sympathize because my mother is also Borderline. I moved 3000 miles away from her and I set very firm boundaries. She said ok, then she booked her trip for 10 days and said she was going to drive to the state next door to visit other relatives btu every day I came home from work and she was just still at my house.... she just didn't leave. So she came for another weekend and stayed at a hotel.... again she booked the trip for 10 days. Set very strict boundaries and really stick to them... even if she throws a fit. If she is nasty on the phone tell her you won't take that abuse and hang up. Possible Disqualified from MEPS? Prior Service?

Im Currently in the USAF separating in 2 months honorable discharge and switching over to the USMC. I have to go through MEPS again, but I'm worried they will disqualify me. I had few minor medical issues while I have been in the USAF, but one issue worries me the most about going through MEPS. About a year ago i was working late and took one of those 5-hour energy shots, i felt like my heart was racing and got very nervous(i work in the clinic on base). I went to the nurse, and they sent me to the ER since the clinic was closed and the doctors all went home. The ER said they think i had a panic attack and did a EKG on my heart it was normal but showed i had Sinus Arrithimia. I was told that its not anything serious and alot of people have it. I followed up with my doctor on base and she sent me to a heart doctor off base to just check and make sure nothing is wrong with my heart. He did an unltrasound everything came back normal, he said im just thin physically and arrithimia is normal in thin people. He also did a 24-hour heart monitor thing i had to wear. He said everything was normal and i had PAC's which he believed is just do to the arrithimia all in all everything was fine. I never went to mental health for the "panic attack" and doctors said im perfectly normal, no restrictions and to stay away from energy shots. haha.. SO im worried im going to go to MEPS and they will deny me, re-entry becasue i had those minor things with my heart. On the MEPS papers they ask you, have you ever had Palpitations, PAC's, pounding heart, etc.. and im afraid I mark "yes" even the doc said i was normal i will be disqualified.. and some people have told me to just mark "no" .. but IM Prior service so they will easily be able to look at my electronic medical records in the computer and know if i lie about something. My recruitor says not to worry about it. But i am worried.. should i have the heart doc write me a letter to give MEPS saying he finds my heart normal and im clear to continue with military service in the USMC? I wish i could call MEPS(not giving my name) and ask but i dont think they answer questions on the phone.. advice please!!

Just Turning three year old boy stuttering with first word of sentence suddenly?

He started talking VERY early and has been speaking in full sentences for a long time. He speaks very clearly and can be understood by all. Over the last few days he has started with stuttering the first word of a sentence, for example....."I, I, I. I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, like this song." Hey guys, I am back into WoW and I want the X-pac but heres the problem. My dad plays to and we have 3 computers. Before he got his Alienware he Downloaded cata to one of the computers and then DL it to his Alienware but I cant tell the other computer he DL it to. I checked this computers folders and it Said Expansion 1, Expansion 2, and Expansion 3 all .MPQs. I tried to DL cata to this computer but It wouldnt work because I found out that disc was the one my dad used. I dont know if that would make my computer Think I have cata but I really dont. I had to stay up until 5am to get my papers written and I also had to do damage control on my home because they didn't lift a finger. (Not elderly - in their 50's). Also she told my husband not to look into moving for a better job so that we could have a home because she wanted to buy a property in our town and rent to own to us. I didn't like that idea much but she sucked him in and then called us after better opportunities where past to tell us she changed her mind but that we had better not move because she may want to live here. We said - No way! We have to provide the best life for our family we can right now. She was mad again. I forgave her and moved on but she has some imaginary hurt all of the time so I kind of avoid the hr long Skype conferences she demands once a week. I pop in and say hello then pop off to tend to housework, home work or kids. She is getting mad about that now. She is bringing my stepson up next week and we are planning a birthday party for him- he is 10 and we thought it would be fun to take him to the drive in since we live in a small town and when he grows up they will most likely be gone. She flat told my husband that if we chose to celebrate his birthday in that way they wouldn't come. That pissed us both off because she shouldn't be micromanaging our boys birthday party. I relented and said that what ever she came up with would be fun and perfect for his birthday. Its good as far as material goes but you need to work on flow. Also, try to cut out words like "ever" ("everything that has ever happened in your life) unless it is completely necessary to the ethos. Basically just make it so if you read it out loud, it reads smoothly, that's how you test for good flow.

I have severe manic depression and it's ruining relationships/friendships, how can I fix this?

I'm almost eighteen and never had a boyfriend. I've never been 'seeing' anyone longer than a month without them choosing another girl and recently I had been seeing someone for three months until they broke it to me a few hours ago that they didn't want to lead me on and that they didn't want a relationship. My manic depression gives me insane mood swings and crazy thoughts/antics which people don't seem to understand. Teachers: What should be done about high school kids who read, write, and spell on elementary school levels?

There was a teacher who was currently dismissed for questioning the school system. She taught 12th grade and was astounded as to how many were borderline "illiterate"; a great deal of her students didn't know their parts of speech, and weren't able to read the required material (12th grade literature). Over 70% of her class could not prolifically write an essay, and had very low vocabulary, the simplest words (that odds are a 6th grader would know) would be referred to by her class as "big words". She took her complaints to the school head, who showed her the students' standardized test scores which revealed the reading levels of her students, most of which didn't exceed the 3rd or 4th grade. She asked how is it that these students make it to the 12th grade or high school general without the basic skills. According to her, his response was said to have been something along the lines of, "most of them would probably never get out of school" and suggested that she adjust her curriculum to accommodate her students. When she asked about the very few who were on grade level, he said it wouldn't be fair to give them higher level work as it might offend her other students. She lowers her standards as much as she could, and students were still complaining; she assigned a 7th grade worksheet and one her seniors said (forgive my use of the "N" word, this is what was said) "This is too damn much you teachers make a ni**a wanna drop out". She speaks to some of the parents and the parents gave her an attitude and said if their son/daughter couldn't read, write, etc it was the teachers fault, and their children don't belong in any sort of special education program. Should parental responsibility not play a role in a child's education to some extent? Long story short, MANY parents started to complain about her antics to get their kids up to grade level, and claimed she was just setting them up for failure, and the board felt the same, so she was let go. This is really upsetting, here was a teacher who didn't want feel that a system should graduate students who can't read, write, spell, or do basic math, not because she was being difficult, but because she cared, and wanted them to be able to function in the world. In this same school system, there were teachers pressured to pass students who didn't show up for over half the school year. Don't you think that just passing a student along is a disservice to them? Don't you think this will affect them harshly when they're out in the real world? What should be done about this system? One teacher suggested, "if a child works at a 4th grade level he/she should be in the 4th grade" I don't think that would be too good (not sure if she was serious). However, I would really like to hear opinions about this, especially from teachers (if possible). Thanks to anyone who responds!

Humidity in a cageeee? Help? 10POINTS!?

I just purchased a Pac Man Frog (Horned Frog). He's very tiny now no where near full grown I have everything I need for him. My rooms super cold and There's nothing I can do about that..... At the police station, when Jason caught Anthony hanging around the hit woman, Anthony got out of that mess by throwing Jason off with asking him to join his organization, now that was great without all the faces and laughter like a Banshee. Why is the word order all mixed up?For example, "je suis qui moi". Why is "qui" in the middle and je" suis" at the beginning? Also other example would be, "tout a jour". Why is "a" in the middle.
